Welcome to Essentua! The terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Essentua, which operates this online store, as well as all associated content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”).

These Terms of Service, together with any policies referred to herein, set out the rights and obligations of users when accessing and using the Services.

4.1 Promotions and Discounts

At Essentua, all promotions and price reductions are applied to the lowest price charged during the 30 days preceding the application of the discount, in accordance with Portuguese Decree-Law No. 70/2007 and Law No. 10/2023.

Promotional campaigns are subject to stock availability and are valid during the period indicated for each product. They may end earlier in the event that the product becomes unavailable.

Essentua reserves the right to amend or cancel promotional campaigns without prior notice, while always respecting consumers’ statutory rights.

  1. Shipping and Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or external events. The risk of loss is transferred to the customer when the order is handed over to the carrier.

  1. Intellectual Property

All content made available through the Services is owned by Essentua or its licensors and is protected by law. The Services may only be used for personal and non-commercial purposes. Any reproduction or distribution without written authorisation is prohibited.

This store uses the Shopify platform, but all purchases are made directly from Essentua. Shopify is not responsible for the transactions, products or services purchased.

Essentua strongly recommends that end users carry out a sensitivity test, also known as a patch test, before using any cosmetic product for the first time and periodically thereafter, as allergies may develop through repeated use of ANY cosmetic product.
